Refund policy for Contly AI

Subscriptions to Contly AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Contly AI account.

Refund Policy

Payments for Contly AI subscriptions from previous billing cycles are not refundable. For your most recent payment, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 7 days of the payment date and have not consumed any credits during the current billing cycle. To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your account details.

If you are looking to cancel your subscription before your next payment date, please login to your account, go to the dashboard and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.
